The Neal Boys™ Service Area & Prices:
The Neal Boys™ primarily serves the Nelson County and greater Charlottesville areas of Central Virginia. We have done work as far away as Blacksburg, Roanoke, Lynchburg, Centerville and Richmond though, and try to be as flexible and reasonable as possible.
We charge a flat rate of $30 per man hour, including travel time both ways (if applicable) for all troubleshooting, upgrades, repairs, in person consultations, or extensive eMail and phone consultations.
We charge a flat rate of 25% of our cost (parts, shipping & handling) for custom built computer systems for labor. This covers the labor to build, configure, and install basic software and make sure the new system if functioning properly. This does not include the labor cost to physically set up the new system, transfer data from the old system or configure additional software for the customer, though we are more than happy to make sure everything gets set up properly and is running smoothly for you.
We charge on a per-job basis for website design, which we can estimate based on the complexity and size of the website, the features that the customer needs, and the type of website desired. After the website is established, we charge our normal hourly rate for website maintenance and routine upkeep.
